Wando Farms is a luxury rural nature preserve community developed on the outskirts of Mount Pleasant across Highway 17 from the Bulls Bay golf course in the town of Awendaw. The 14 lots in Wando Farms are multi-acre tracts on the shores of the Wando River Branch that cannot be subdivided.
