Located off Wingo Way, which connects to Mathis Ferry Road, the Ravenel Bridge and Johnnie Dodds Boulevard, Sandpiper Pointe is a townhome/condominium community occupying one of the closest locations to downtown Charleston in Mt. Pleasant.

The homes were built in 1983-1985, and their floor plans measure between 1,100 and 1,800 square feet. The neighborhood is located on the small, picturesque Heron Lake and includes a community dock and pool overlooking the lake. Wingo Way also leads right into the Mt.
