Saltgrass Pointe, Mount Pleasant

A small enclave just over from the Old Mount Pleasant area, Saltgrass Pointe features stately homes built in the 2000’s. Homes are sized from around 2,400 square feet up to 3,600 square feet. The back of the neighborhood gazes over Simmons Sound across from Sullivan’s Island, and the location of Saltgrass Pointe puts you less than three miles from having your feet in the sand at the beach. The neighborhood is also close to all that Coleman Boulevard has to offer, and the restaurants of Shem Creek are just minutes away. This is also a central location to I-526 and the Ravenel Bridge.
