A Charlotte company (Remington Forest LLC) purchased the complex, renovated, and began selling the 124 units as town homes. They range in size from 1100 to 1300 square feet. There are 10 two-story town homes and 52 three bedroom town homes. Although called town homes, these units are actually duplexes as there are two units per building and they share a common wall.
Some of the units have a master bedroom on the first floor which is a feature a lot of buyers favor. The town homes have large backyards with mature trees, sodded front yards, smooth ceilings, fireplaces, granite counter tops, crown molding, and 2-inch wood blinds. There are not specific reserved parking places for homeowners but there are a total of 143 parking spots available. There is a community pool, small pond, and playground area. The subdivision is located off of Rifle Range, near Ben Sawyer Boulevard.
