Begun in 2008, the Scotts Creek subdivision off Rifle Range Road opened its model home in 2012. The neighborhood spans 40 acres and consists of 70 custom homes. Lots range from a third to a half acre, and the community will boasts six acres of parks with aesthetically pleasing landscaping, several ponds, nature trails and a kayak dock.
Nearly half the homes overlook the ponds. Minimum home size is set at 2,400 square feet. Scotts Creek is located just above Ben Sawyer Boulevard for quick access to Sullivan’s Island and just below Bowman Road, which connects with I-526 for a short commute to points beyond Mt. Pleasant.
