It doesn’t get more convenient than the Rosemead neighborhood, which is located right at the foot of I-526 and Bowman Road. At the entrance of the Rosemead subdivision are a couple of townhome communities. Farther into the neighborhood, single-family homes built in the 1970s and 1980s dominate.
Homes at the back of the neighborhood overlook the marsh. Most homes fall in the 1,200-1,800 square foot range with a few larger homes measuring between 2,000 and 3,000 square feet. The location provides a quick commute to area beaches, the Johnnie Dodds Boulevard corridor, and the interstate, which connects Daniel Island, the airport, and West Ashley.
