Development of the River Watch community began around 2005. The development is a subsection of the historic Remleys Point neighborhood located off Mathis Ferry Road and just a mile and a half from the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge.
Real estate in the area consists of large homes ranging from 3,100 to 4,100 square feet, with wooded and marsh-front lots, some with deep water access. River Watch is situated on the tidal Molasses Creek, a short walk from the Remleys Point boat landing and close to Mt. Pleasant’s new Waterfront Park. Homeowners can choose between membership in the I’on Creek Club or the Hobcaw Yacht Club.
