New Parrish Village is a rare find; it’s difficult to come across a community of newer construction homes near Coleman Boulevard in lower Mt. Pleasant. The 21 Charleston-style homes in the neighborhood were built around 2005.
Home sizes measure from 1,600 to 2,500 square feet, and several homes overlook a small pond. Most homes have detached garages and spacious porches. There is a Bi-Lo grocery store right next door to the development, and the location between Rifle Range Road and Ben Sawyer Boulevard is convenient to Sullivan’s Island beaches as well as the interstate.
