The Heritage neighborhood comprises more than 100 single-family homes built in the 1960’s to 1980’s. The community connects to both Chuck Dawley Boulevard and Rifle Range Road for quick access to the beach on Sullivan’s Island, the seafood restaurants or boat ramp on Shem Creek, area shops, or the interstate. Square footage starts at about 1,400 and climbs to close to 2,500. Some of the homes feature backyard swimming pools. If you prefer living in an area in Mount Pleasant without a homeowners’ association, then Heritage might be a good option.
